Platform Terms of Use

TruSelf operates as part of a proprietary ecosystem developed and owned by Branded with Honor LLC, including:

• All associated applications, interfaces, and environments

All software architecture, workflows, scoring systems, frameworks, documentation, and related materials are proprietary intellectual property owned by Branded with Honor LLC.

• Interaction logic and feature behavior
• Component systems and modular UI
• Card layouts, search experiences, filtering systems
• Marketplace structure, provider profiles, procedure frameworks

C. Design & Visual Systems

• Visual hierarchy and layout composition
• Styling systems, spacing, UI patterns
• Design systems, components, presentation formats
• Brand-specific UI/UX execution
• Page structures and content formatting

D. Content & Language

• Copywriting, phrasing, and tone
• Page content and structured messaging
• Terminology, naming systems, category structures
• Community language and positioning
• All original written, visual, or structured content

E. Platform Features & Logic

• Feature concepts and implementations
• Functional flows and interaction systems
• Marketplace mechanics and UX logic
• Data presentation models and outputs

Unauthorized use, imitation, or confusing similarity is strictly prohibited.

You agree you will not:

• Copy page layouts, UI structure, or design systems
• Recreate platform flows or feature interactions
• Duplicate marketplace structure or UX models
• Replicate search, filtering, or ranking systems
• Build competing platforms using observed structure or behavior
• Reverse engineer or extract platform behavior
• Copy or adapt wording, structure, or messaging
• Reproduce community/ecosystem structure or models

Protection applies regardless of how replication occurs — direct copying, indirect imitation, reverse engineering, “inspired by” replication, functional equivalence, or structural similarity. If a platform reproduces the look, flow, structure, or experience of TruSelf in a way that is substantially similar, it will be considered a violation.

Access to TruSelf does not grant rights to reuse design, structure, flows, systems, or to build derivative products.

Branded with Honor LLC actively monitors for replication, UX duplication, content copying, and structural imitation. Violations may result in immediate access termination, legal action, injunctive relief, and damages.

Certain aspects of TruSelf and TRUCore include proprietary and confidential system design. You agree not to document, disclose, or publish breakdowns of platform functionality.

All components of the TRU Ecosystem™ — TruSelf, TRUCore, Soren — function as an integrated system. Replication of any component in a way that mimics the system as a whole constitutes a violation.

Branded with Honor LLC reserves full rights to enforce IP protections, pursue legal claims globally, and seek injunctive and monetary relief against individuals, companies, or third parties.

This platform is not just software. It is a proprietary system of infrastructure, logic, and execution — built over time and protected as such. Any attempt to replicate it, in whole or in part, will be treated as infringement.
