TruSelf is not a typical community. It exists for real experiences, unfiltered outcomes, and informed decisions. These rules apply across the platform, TruMatch collections, reviews, uploads, and connected external groups.
1. Truth Over Everything
You agree that what you share is honest, your experience is your own, and you are not misrepresenting results, providers, or outcomes. Manipulation, false claims, or staged content will be removed.
2. No Pay-to-Play. No Hidden Promotion
You may not promote providers in disguise, post as a "patient" while acting as a business, or game reviews. Affiliations must be disclosed. Undisclosed promotion = immediate removal.
3. No Medical Advice or Diagnosis
Share your experience. Do not diagnose, prescribe, or present yourself as a medical authority unless verified. All medical decisions belong with licensed professionals.
4. Respect the Experience
People are sharing their bodies, outcomes, and decisions. Disagreement is fine. Disrespect is not. No attacks, shaming, or hostile interactions.
5. No Doctor Bashing or Manipulated Praise
Honest experiences are welcome. Coordinated attacks, repeated content with intent to manipulate, or harassment of providers will be acted on.
6. No Explicit or Inappropriate Content
No sexually explicit material, sexualization of before/after content, or suggestive language.
7. Keep It On Topic
Content must relate to procedures, providers, recovery, outcomes, or decision-making.
8. No Spam, Self-Promotion, or Lead Capture
No traffic links, lead collection, external promotion, or off-platform redirects for business purposes — including DMs.

10. UGC Standards
All uploads must be your own, unaltered, and not violate any rights. We may remove edited or deceptive before/after content, misleading timelines, or biased representations.
11. Community + Platform Crossover
Behavior in connected Facebook groups or external TruSelf communities that impacts the integrity of TruSelf may result in action.
12. No Copying, Scraping, or Platform Abuse
No scraping data, copying content at scale, replicating platform structure or flows, or extracting UGC for reuse. Violations may result in removal, access termination, and legal action.
13. Active Enforcement
We monitor for fake accounts, coordinated activity, manipulation, content abuse, and platform misuse. We do not rely on reports alone.
14. Account Actions
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users — no warning required.

This is not a place to perform. It is a place to learn, share, and decide. If that's not your intention, this isn't the platform for you.
